Terms & Conditions for the Tradesite offer
The plain-language version of how qualification, delivery, changes, guarantees, and ad spend work.
The offer
Tradesite has one offer: a custom-built, SEO/AEO and conversion optimized website made for your business in 72 hours, plus 14 days of lead-gen services. There are no packages or tiers. Qualification is required, and specific terms, minimums, and any fees after the 14 days are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Qualification
We only work with owner-operated home services, marine, and fishing charter businesses. Not every applicant qualifies. If you don't, we'll tell you directly instead of putting you on a drip list.
72-hour delivery
The 72-hour clock starts at kickoff, once we have your content, photos, and access. Delays in getting us that information move the delivery window. The 72 hours covers the first live draft of the site.
14 days of lead-gen services
The 14-day window includes unlimited changes to the site plus landing-page and Google PPC management. Turnaround may be longer for full redesigns or new features outside the agreed scope. We confirm scope and timing before anything extra is billed.
Love It or Rebuild It Free guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the launched site within the 14 days, we will rebuild it once at no additional charge. The guarantee applies to the initial build and does not cover changes requested after the window, third-party costs, or ad spend.
Risk reversal
If none of it works, we will set you up with your new website and pay for your hosting for the year. No performance targets are guaranteed beyond what is agreed in writing.
Ad spend & third-party costs
You are responsible for direct ad spend on Google and any other platform we manage during the lead-gen window. We do not mark up ad spend. Domain registration, premium plugins, paid stock assets, and other third-party costs are billed separately or reimbursed at cost.
After the 14 days
Continuing with Tradesite after the 14 days is optional and always agreed in writing first. Nothing renews automatically and there is no contract you have to cancel out of.
