Package pricing
THE STARTER PACK is billed as a $1,249 one-time website build plus $100/month for ongoing hosting, security, updates, and support. THE FULL PIPELINE is a performance-based partnership with no standard setup fee; specific terms, minimums, and success fees are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
Billing & renewal
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically on the date you sign up. Annual prepay options may be available on request. If a payment fails, we will notify you and pause service after a 7-day grace period. You can change your payment method or billing contact by emailing us at any time.
Cancellation
You may cancel the monthly portion of THE STARTER PACK at any time with 30 days' written notice. The one-time build fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations do not remove your live site; they only stop ongoing support, hosting, and updates unless a separate hosting arrangement is made.
Changes & turnaround
THE STARTER PACK includes unlimited edits with a priority 12-hour SLA during business hours. Turnaround may be longer for multi-page redesigns or new feature requests outside the agreed scope. We will always confirm scope and timing before billing for anything extra.
14-Day Love It or Rebuild It Free guarantee
For THE STARTER PACK, if you are not satisfied with the launched site within 14 days, we will rebuild it once at no additional charge or refund the full build fee. The guarantee applies to the initial build and does not cover changes requested after launch, third-party costs, or ad spend.
Gut-Punch Guarantee for THE FULL PIPELINE
THE FULL PIPELINE includes a performance-backed guarantee. If we do not hit the agreed performance targets over the agreed measurement period, you receive the applicable service fees back. Ad spend and any third-party platform costs are not refundable. Guarantee terms are detailed in the signed partnership agreement.
Ad spend & third-party costs
For THE FULL PIPELINE, you are responsible for direct ad spend on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, and any other platforms we manage. We do not markup ad spend. Domain registration, premium plugins, paid stock assets, and other third-party costs are billed separately or reimbursed at cost.
Price changes
If our standard pricing changes, existing monthly subscriptions keep their current rate for the duration of the active agreement. New agreements, renewals, or scope changes are billed at the rate in effect at the time of signing.
